  • Parent Observation: There is not an area inside the facility for the parents to observe classes Parents are welcome to observe class, quietly, from the windows facing outside parking lot. Please refrain from distracting classes in session by being discrete while watching your child’s class and refraining from being noticed.

  • Late Arrivals: For safety reasons, students cannot enter once the class has commenced. Exceptions will be made for emergencies, and we will make every effort to accommodate such situations.

  • No video or photography is allowed.

Your cooperation with these procedures is greatly appreciated as we strive to maintain a safe and efficient learning environment for everyone involved.

ATTENDANCE

  • Makeup classes are offered exclusively when DMA & KBG have canceled scheduled classes.

  • Kindly refer to the School Calendar on our website or posted at the entrance for information regarding days with no scheduled classes, and upcoming events.

TUITION

  • Monthly tuition covers 4 weeks of classes per month. Months with 5 weeks have a "No Class Day," unless a makeup class is specifically scheduled.

  • Tuition payment is due on the 15th of the preceding month. For instance, February 2024 tuition shall be debited by January 15th, 2024.

  • Tuition payments are processed through the online auto-debit set up by the parent during the registration process.

  • Parents need to ensure that a valid credit card is on file and that their credit card is debited on time to secure their child's place in class.

  • Non-payment of tuition beyond the 5th business day results in the cancellation of the student's registration. Consequently, the spot in the class becomes available for another student to enroll.

  • Stop, Change or Cancel Class Requests must be done by email from your online registration page before the 10th of the prior month. Failure to request cancellation before the 10th of the previous month will result in tuition payment regardless of attendance.

  • Students are unable to attend classes if tuition is not paid on time.

  • Dance classes require The DMA Logo Uniform (designated for each class). Please try out sample sizes at the dance studio and then submit the DMA Uniform Order Form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe7nR1UucNJt_0y2tr4rYqSayAfQf39hAzH7682BHvWJDWYXg/viewform?usp=pp_url
